I signed up for automatic delivery with my 1st order and was told that I'd receive 2 emails prior to shipments so I could cancel or reschedule the shipment. The only email I received said the order had been shipped.
I spoke to a representative that day and was told that I'd receive a refund within 7 days. Twenty-three days later I still have not received a refund.

I was in the hospital at the time of December shipment. I did not receive any notice, so it got shipped. I wanted to change to different flavors, but it was shipped.
Can you exchange the ones I received?
I think another order is imminent. Can I change flavors? How much was it?
Also, I got the coupon for a free sample bag of the chocolate one; can you add it for free?
I wanted to try savory and salted caramel.

I ordered for the first time from Paleo Valley. I received the beef sticks I ordered instead of the venison!
I don't eat beef. I emailed them, and they said they were sorry and would send a replacement for the venison sticks.
When it arrived, it was the chicken sticks. I immediately emailed them, but no one answers the phone and there is no response!

Stop the reorder I specifically didnt sign up for.
I will complain that are using fraudulent practices. I think your product is good quality and I would have reordered when needed, but after specifically not checking the subscription link, your company take out $170 from my bank. I would say this is more of a scam than a legit business practice.

I ordered venison sticks and received beef sticks. I tried to contact them on their website over the weekend, but couldn't find a phone number. I waited until Monday and finally found a phone number on the internet and called them.
